What we offer

Production & Event:

- Professional installation and full event production for the opening, including cocktails and catering

- Public outreach through existing Bubby's and Ron Silver Studio audiences

- Program management for each cycle

- Legal support for exhibition agreements

- Collector engagement and sales management throughout the exhibition

- A Sunday afternoon community gathering built into the cycle

What we ask from you

- To deliver all artwork exhibition-ready and professionally framed

- To cover the costs of producing, packing, shipping, insuring, and transporting the work, including customs where it applies

- Provide bio, artist statement, CV, artwork details, prices, and high-resolution images by the requested deadlines

- Cover personal travel and accommodation if attending the opening

Commission

Ron Silver Studio retains 20% of the sale of each artwork sold during the exhibition.

The remaining 80% goes to the artist.

A few more terms

- Participation happens by invitation or curatorial selection

- Artwork stays on display for the full run of the exhibition unless the team and artist agree otherwise

- Artists keep copyright of their work. Ron Silver Studio may use images and video of the artwork and exhibition for promotional and archival purposes

- Applying to the program means accepting these terms
